It was excavated and created to help pedestrians beat traffic around the circle. Finished with nice architectural touches, it really is a nice experience for the user. There are no vendors, a Bombay surprise, and a guide mans a help desk. Do use it if you visit the area. Rolly - Castle Hotel bill of fare now fifty rupees, a tad off the five annas we dropped.
