Nelson, 3) It is next to impossible to help those who are not requesting help. 2) 47% of those in the USA will complain that the authorities were too slow to respond to the disaster and will demand that the damage be repaired quickly. 1) Another 47% will point out that God sent the storm and that the govt now wants to get too involved in the peoples life's. This same 47% will also shout out that too much money is being wasted on disaster relief and will suggest that the right way to help, is by lowering taxes for everyone. Mervyn N.
