RESPONSE: The Red Cross is assisting distressed people not only in the Eastern Seaboard of USA but also Jamaica, Cuba and Haiti. Haiti is in poor shape and another epidemic of Cholera is underway. Limited Metro services will start today in New York, to get the whole thing up and running will take weeks if not months.
