This is terrible. Shades of racism (aka casteism or "not from this state")? AFAIK, the duty of the ambulance and the paramedic is to take the accident victim to the hospital for further assessment (unless the victim declines it for reasons best know to them), no matter his colour, status, creed or origins. Action appears similar to the "summary justice" meted out by the police on a criminal caught "red-handed". Gabriel.
