Where is CM Parrikar? Not seen at St.Francis Xavier’s feast It would have been nice if Goa CM also present at the feast mass. We saw Governor, Vishnu Wagh and others though. The rector did thank Parrikar in his bilingual thanks giving speech for his earlier visit and assurances. I still feel and many hoped to see Parrikar there. Even if Parrikar in Gujarat (i believe he is, some friends reported seeing him on TV speaking / Baxonn in hindi for Modi's Campaign?) he could come and go via flight but he chose not to. SFX is the biggest feast of Goa of which Parrikar is CM. We needed him, particularly for this year's feast. Just my thoughts
