With the Supreme Court on Wednesday 3rd April 2013 frowning on the proliferation of RED beacons and their NOISY sirens urged the government to limit their use to only top constitutional authorities and asked all others to remove them.
This recommendation will definitely hurt the egos of wife's and very close relatives of Goan VVIPs, VIPs, & some other bureaucrats (using red beacon cars) as they will not be able to go marketing and partying with red beacon cars anymore!
