Prof. Ayres Dias, Benaulim and Poona, was married to
an aunt.  His son Brian moved all his remains several
years after his death, from Poona to Goa, and re-interred
them privately.  There is no legal impediment to a similar
transfer of remains to a spot on a family owned estate.
   A little marker is all you might want.

 Comment: In goa it is three years in our Navelim grave then into a niche in
 the wall that too only the skull and some other bones deemed important.
