Christ NEVER founded a religion. A "religion" is a set of dogmas, dos and donts, rituals, chanting robbing and cheating in the name of a god or the One True and Living God. Commercializing the whole thing for marketing or selfish ends. Jesus' coming to Planet Earth was foretold earlier in the Torah or the Old Testament. They are called the Scriptures. He (Jesus) was the FULFILLMENT of these Scriptures. One can say the New Testament is LIFE. The Old Testament is Letter. Jesus or Yeshua came to restore the lost humanity back to His Father's purposes. Religion is man (humanity) trying to reach God,but Christ reach man (us). People say "our Father" but precisely Jesus made this possible, we can call God (unknown) a loving Abba or Dad or a Father in both spiritual and normal sense. Jesus Himself is THE Way, THE truth and THE life. He is THE King, The High priest and THE final SPOKESMAN. (prophet). Jesus died for your sins. Past sins, present sins and future sins. We to REPENT of this chicken religion and turn our lives to the control of His Spirit, when Jesus said "IT IS FINISHED" He meant RELIGIONS are FINISHED, the priests became jobless!
