Goanet may please publish this letter. The Member Secretary illegally appointed by the name Nitin Sawant by the Parrikar Government, is doing precious nothing to protect the bio-diversity and the forest of Goa.
We all know that the Goan Biodiversity has been rampage by mining and real state lobby, the only thing Nitin Sawant is carrying out his snake shows, dogs shows and school shows for children while the Goan forest are dumping grounds for garbage and other construction and industrial waste debris and it is strange that his Boss Mrs Alina is spoiling her image by keeping him in her department. I hope Rui Ferreira and Aires Rodrigues who are exponents of visionaries on illegal appointment in Goa, question how Alina Saldanha appointed Nitin Sawant as a Member Secretary with nearly Rs.60.000/- slary p.m. and other benefits from public funds without the advertisement and selection procedures.
