Dear Mervyn, 

While I cannot speak for all Canadians or Bahamians, to the best of my 
knowledge, neither Bahamians nor any of the approx 5 Bahamian Goans have an 
anti-Portugal or anti-Britain bone stuck in them. 

Neither of them have confused the Obligation that Portugal has towards pre1961 
Goans with any "insistence" of Portugal.

I will assume that Mervyn has finally accepted that the post by Paulo Colaco 
Dias was not a joke, and that he (Mervyn) was totally unacquainted with the 
Rights of the Goan people and Obligations of the Portugal towards them....that 
Paulo had written about.
