RESPONSE: BC, I agree with you absolutely....even though I do not know HOW Goanet can, by itself, publish something that is not submitted to GN I imagine that you (BC) will organise to get a hold of the thesis, read it, write a synopsis and post it on Goanet. I am sure GN will publish your synopsis in its unadulterated form. best jc ps: I am almost sure that BC was expecting someone else to do this.
