Mr. Nisser has made interesting observations of the role played by Rahul Baba to ensure that the ordinance is withdrawn. The past record of Rahul Baba has been that such actions have been sort of flash-in-the-pan. I hope there is active involvement of Rahul Baba in matters relating to governance by his government. For time being lets assume Rahul Baba means business. Does this mean that (Mr. Niser and) Rahul Baba are not aware of new development initiated by the government in this aspect? Mr. Nisser should have not clubbed the two different and non-related aspects under one heading - Rahul Gandhi means business. This approach gives a wrong message and or confuses the readers that Rahul Baba must have initiated the court and managed to get NOTA ruling!
