Aires-bab must tell Goans if there has been any governance in Goa at all
since it's illegal take-over in 1961 and it's digestion.
To start with MGP used Comunidades as doles to sustain it's vote banks.
Congress has never known the meaning of GOVERNANCE.
BJP came in through the back-door [thanks to Francisco Sardinha], borrowed
the GOOD GOVERNANCE slogan from GSRP and rubbed it in the now prevalent
garbage.
