In the propaganda blitz launched by the Goa police the focus in the state media stayed on the alleged "drug" connection of the West African community and its lack of travel documents, visas and the like…….. COMMENT: Well said, some prat stated on Face Book, that the C.M. was a paragon of sanity in all this. The prat has a propensity of putting her hoof in her mouth.
