I'd prefer moving the panel to a more permanent home first.  We can
host at calica.com.  I figure you'll be available in a few hours and
we can coordinate then.  Then we can get gobolinux.org DNS setup up.
Suggestions for a hostname?  Another (better?) option is to host it on
recipes.gobolinux.org in a subdir "panel" or "review" or similar.

The release needs to wait until this is setup.
