Hi "me" I don't know gopherjs well, but as far as I know, they only provide an api to the html 5 feature
localStorage and sessionStorage, see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window/localStorage so you can't write directly to the filesystem with js via a browser.
