Well, I'm not a PHP Nuke expert by any means, but I would recommend  
learning at least some basics about PHP (which is what PHP Nuke is  
written in).  You'll also need some MySQL, which underlies  
myPHPAdmin.  You'll also want at least a primer on HTML, and probably  
at least some familiarity with Javascript.  There are countless  
tutorials and documentation sites on the internet for all of these.   
Just run a search!
