Actually anything can and will be abused by whomever (incl. "SEOs") -
and even though providing a API to us users is not a right for me, but
a privilege (in other words: I am really very thankful for this kind
of features) - this API gets really useless for people other than
americans, because even in countries where english is the major
language, and used for searching, people do expect localized search
results.

What I actually want to say ( ;) ) -> your point is somehow useless /
not understandable, this would mean every i18n/l10n is evil.

Anyway I really hope use cases are going to be refactored @google :)
