How about the order in which the results are handled?

My restaurant "comocomo", is in 1000 Brussels. 1 and a half blocks from the
very center of Brussels (La Bourse), and if you type restaurants, Brussels,
Belgium, I would expect to get the closest results to my search, which is
not the case. 

What is the criteria?
