Hi, There are a few free hosting sites available, just do a google search for them
You can also use Google pages while the service is available. You also use Apache Server on a local server/system to test them You can just make an html page on your desktop to test apps also. Maps may be a bit of an issue though, but just the ajax apis should not be a problem. When in production though, you should have them running on a web server though.
