Hi, When we use the rest method of sending a url request and getting the response back, the server sometimes gives a message "Service unavailable" and then for a couple of hours, we are unable to get any response and then it works again.
If we are using it heavily, do we need to pay for it (Or do we need to pay to ensure that we get uninterrupted service).
