Hi all. I've legal questions, and, even though I read the Terms of Service, I'm asking here to be sure I'm not infringing any of the terms.
I'm developing an HUD inside Second Life, which is basically a wrapper around the RESTful Language API, to translate words from one language to another. I wonder what are the steps I've to take according to the TOS. Also, and most important, if I'm allowed or not to sell the HUD. I understand I should display a Google Brand Feature... but how? On the HUD? The results is often just a word or two. Should I add the words "(powered by Google Language API)"? Thank you in advance for your support.
