First of all I am not that savvy with the AJAX API issues but my question is rather generic:
* Currently one of my sites uses Google Ajax Search API; so my customers can make queries and find answers within my site. * I need to customize the results such as you can do with Google CSE (http://code.google.com/intl/en/apis/customsearch/docs/ranking.html) and not sure if it is possible so consider to shift to CSE. *If refinements aren´t possible in AJAX I stumbled into a mixed alternative: include a customized Google CSE within the current Google AJAX Search API (http://www.totallycommunications.co.uk/blog/c-227/ google-cse-and-ajax-search-api/). Questions: 1) Can I customize the results in Google AJAX API If so: any reference to do it? 2) If the search result can´t be modified in the API a) would you go to the mix AJAX + customized CSE solution (such as the above provided) or 2) strip out the API completely from my site and replace it with Google CSE? Thanks for the advice in advance! Finn -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google AJAX APIs" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
