Check to make sure that your slideshow's source feed and images are still accessible.
Apparently some sample slideshow albums and images may have been removed. That may explain why this sample can no longer display two of its three sample slideshows: http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/slideshow/ Two of those slideshows are sourced from samples which were stored on Picasa. Apparently those samples are no longer available at the specified URLs.
