>From that error message, it doesn't look like you're using the Image
Search API, but rather trying to retrieve data from images.google.com
directly.  Please take a look at the docs for using the API correctly:
http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/documentation/

If you believe that you're already using the API correctly, can you
provide a link to the code that results in you getting this error
message?  That will help us track down your problem.
