I am using the web, public API and research API to translate English-
Japanese. I get some interesting results. Here are a couple
examples...

I translate '古代ギリシアのオリンピアの祭典をもとに開催する事を19世紀末にソルボンヌ大における会議でフランスのクーベルタン男爵に
よって提唱、決議された。'

I get 'The conference proposed by French Baron Pierre de Coubertin in
the late 19th century, the Sorbonne things based festival held in
Olympia in ancient Greece was resolved.' for all three translations.
However with the research API word alignments are all 0! (Not this
happens with Chinese, since there are no spaces between words).

I need word alignments, so I insert spaces between groups of
characters of the same type (hiragana, katakana and kanji) and
translate the following sentence...

'古代 ギリシア の オリンピア の 祭典 を もとに 開催 する 事 を 19 世紀末 に ソルボンヌ 大 における 会議 で フランス
の クーベルタン 男爵 によって 提唱、 決議 された。'

In this case, the research API and web both return the exact same
English translation as before the spaces were added. However the
Public API returns a different result for the second half of the
sentence.

'The conference proposed by French Baron Pierre de Coubertin in the
late 19th century to the Sorbonne to it held under the festival of
Olympia in ancient Greece were resolved.'

This is definitely NOT a major issue as users will not normally pass
Japanese sentences with spaces inserted like I have. I just found it
odd that the public API returned different results when spaces were
inserted!

However I have another serious issue. When translating English to
Japanese, both Public API and web return the same results. However the
research API is inferior. For example the simple sentence...

'The Winter Olympic Games also have many sports, but they are played
in the winter.'

Returns '冬季オリンピックでも、多くのスポーツをして彼らは冬に再生されます。' with the web and public
API - which is pretty good.
The research API returns '冬季オリンピックもスポーツも、多くの人は冬にある演奏。', which is a
very poor translation in comparison to the public API.
