Sorry, but there is something that is hard to me to understand it. So please bear me.
What is the problem to use the transliteration API in a java desktop application or even web application. Just I want to use the api with all the copy right to google. And if it is a problem? what is it? and how to use the api? what is the rules? Please it is very important to me to know the answers of the above questions.
