Hey Google Team,
we are currently load-testing our billing-enabled application. We ran into the CPU quota and our app got deactivated (for now about 30 Minutes Error 503: "This Google App Engine application is temporarily over its serving quota. Please try again later."). So far that's okay. But it seems that I cannot change my quotas in the billing settings. I can edit them, submit them via checkout, then I have to wait 10 minutes before changes take effect, but nothing happens. No change in quota, and the app still is deactivated. Do I have to wait one day until the app get's back to work to adjust the billing settings? That's a bit strange. If I think about a productive application hitting unexpectedly its quotas I really want to have a fast possibility to get the app back to work. Mabye anybody can comment on that. Thanks! Raphael
