That is called a loading request. What I am talking about is not the extra time due to a loading request. I'm talking about the first access to a jsp. I know that it is not a loading request because first I access a simple servlet and experience the extra ~1.5 seconds of the loading request. Then a few seconds later I access a simple jsp and experience ~600ms of extra time.
