Having the same issue, i've been trying for a full 24 hours now... tried incrementing version, no luck.
Google has a huge opportunity in taking the lead on cloud computing, but this is failure. We haven't released our app yet, i can only imagine how disastrous this kind of an outage could be for us after release.
