I'm also having this problem, and the work-around doesn't fix it. I have also tried changing the DNS settings to use "Current Version" rather than "Next Generation" but that does not help either.
It is very frustrating that this very common (and important) use case gives so much trouble. Has anybody figured out how to solve this?
