Hi, Whilst the Google Guys are very active on this group and great through [email protected]. Bearing in mind that everyone is entitled to time off :) lack of SLA's and a lot of us having applications that are running now all year round, I am just wondering what is the "support" available over the Christmas period and New Year if something untowards happens. For instance, how long can expect to wait for quota increase requests and other problems that we may have.
