Hi Tony, This suggests to me that there is something unusual with your installation. Does the sdk_dir parameter exist in CreateServer in C: \Program Files (x86)\Google\google_appengine\google\appengine \tools\dev_appserver.py ? One possible cause is that if files in the previous version are modified in any way then the new version won't overwrite the modified files.
