Hi Guys,

Are there any plans for a paid support system, I am asking because there are
several issues over the last few weeks that I have had where a quick
official response is needed.

Although this group is great, and I enjoy the conversations we have I am
really frustrated that I can't always get the help I need.  Likewise, from
prior experience of the support email, time-zone issues sometimes mean that
it appears that I would have to wait 8 hours before the support request is
looked at.

I would pay for the following Support Requirements:

   - Ticketing system
   - Estimated response time
   - 24 hour support,
   - 1 hour response
