Yes, I have been getting these for many days now. I even get DeadlineExceededError when trying to serve up a simple login page.
I hope this is something Google is working on, as this pretty much kills the app for commercial purposes. I have a customer from China trying to sign in. They get a "Server taking too long to respond" error, and their request never even shows up in my Logs. One of my pages timed out 100% of the time today. Another 86% of the time. Obviously, this is unacceptable.
