Hi guys, I've search this forum for answers and there doesn't seem to be anything definitive so I'm going to try posting.
I having a problem adding an App Engine application to a Google Apps account. Here's the steps I went through: 1. Create application under my regular @gmail.com account. Uploaded application and everything is working at the appspot.com URL. 2. In the App Engine dashboard, went to application settings and add domain. Was prompted to add the domain to Google Apps, went through that process and completed it via the CNAME option. Created the admin user and logged in to the new Google Apps area as admin. 3. Went back to the App Engine dashboard and tried to add the domain to the application. Got the error "You do not have the permissions necessary to install this application." 4. Went to the Google Apps dashboard for that domain, clicked on "Add more services", and used the App Engine box with "Enter App ID*". Got the same error: "You do not have the permissions necessary to install this application." I've done this before, with the exact same process, using my gmail account to create the app, then going through the process of getting my domain onto Google Apps. No issue before. Should mention that the domain I'm trying to use this time is a subdomain of another domain, which is also on Google Apps. However I was able to add this new subdomain to Google Apps without issue. Any help is greatly appreciated! I seem to be at an impasse. Thanks guys. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google App Engine" group.
