I'm having the same problem here. My app gives me the same error when trying to update while other apps that I have works perfectly and I can update them. This one is failing since yesterday in the update. When I try to access the version menu in the control panel, almost always got an error:
Try Again An unexpected failure has occurred. Please try again. Return to Applications screen » But when I got to load the page, I can see that several versions doesn't have an uploader name and there's no default one selected, which I think may be the main problem. The issue is that I can't change it and everytime I try, I got the previous error.
