Still not working until now. [email protected] is not a Google Apps account, it's a regular Google Account.
The issue is not that I can't use a Google Apps account (I can use GAE just fine with a Google Apps account), but that I can't use my regular Google Account for GAE *properly*. If Google Apps account is mandatory (which I don't think is the case), someone not using Google Apps wouldn't be able to use App Engine.
