Hi, my objective is to build a database-driven website as fast as possible. I don't know much about programming but am very willing to put in the work to learn. My question is: can I achieve this using Google App Engine? I see various other options such as Ruby on Rails, PHP, and ASP, but which provides the least pain for a non-expert? My database website will involve a custom Google Map utilizing the Google Maps API, perhaps this will have a bearing on which is the best system.
