Yes I know unfortunately, this is a problem related Turkish courts (not government), and hope soon to stop censorship. Of course I am angry at decision makers, but I mail here to see whether google can solve our problem..
With my limited network knowledge, I know they can have a dynamic IP pool for applications, so we can reach applications by google's dns adress : 8.8.8.8. Or at least they can assign an extra temporary ip address for appengine so they can save appengine customers from trouble. But now I am not hopeful about google too, as in two days there is no answer from google people.
