On a recent trip to Cuba I found that app engine apps are still unavailable there. Here is the message I got when accessing askaro.com
*Forbidden* Your client does not have permission to get URL / from this server. (Client IP address: 200.55.181.33) You are accessing this page from a forbidden country. Can someone from google explain why this is the case?
