Hi, don´t see the actual email address where to send my request for
clarification.

This issue is really important to me. I´m planning to start a new
project targeting cuban users but as things currently stand, I can´t.

Thanks. Hope that someone actually looks into this and reverse the
policy. Note again, that amazon is providing cloud services to cubans.
