Dear Gregory D'alesandre

Is it possible for users that already created apps in Preview, before
yesterday announcement
to keep quota as for Preview mode for a year or at least till the end
of the year
as a reward for making GAE better and helping Google find and fix bugs

This will prevent us from switching to AWS right away and make it more
fare
Thanks
