I understand that GAE apps are deployed across multiple data centers, but I would like a better idea of where those are for the purpose of latency expectations for non-US traffic. If everything is only based out of the US, it seems like latency for traffic from India or China for example would be higher. Do deployed GAE apps also run on data centers in Asia, Europe, etc?
