The credit card company seems to be really unhappy on days I get lots of
5,6, and 7 cent charges and a few $5. Charges  so "For my protection" they
blocked the $5 charge.  Google Checkout sends me so much mail I don't even
see it, it goes in to a folder. (some days I gets as many as 100 emails from
them) When a card is declined they don't try and re-process 3 days later, or
5, or whatever any of my other subscriptions do, they just give up.  So then
I get one of these messages, and it is really hard to track down which
account I have to update. 

I know this isn't Entirely the fault of the GAE team, but I wanted to
forward this so that the GAE team could print it out and say to whoever is
responsible. "See people don't like this we should fix it"
