Can any one explain me how I can contact some one from the AppEngine 
billing department?
Over the past two months, I've tried the 
[email protected]<[email protected]?subject=Billing%20question%20regarding%20fctrbe-hrd>address
 mentioned on the billing page, but have not received any answer to 
any of my mails. I have read through the FAQs but cannot find answers to my 
questions (or if there was an answer, I've tried it but it didn't work)

Is there any way to get to speak to a real person?

I have two important questions regarding my business payments:
* I have entered my VAT ID, but I am still charged Sales tax (VAT). How 
come?
* Is it possible to receive invoices? or are the checkout mails all we get?

Without these solved, it's very hard to continue using AppEngine for me.
