I am also having problems. The pathway to enter my SMS code is always going via the "enter mobile phone page" with the only option being to press the "submit" button. consequently I have been locked out for sending too many SMS. Can you provide links to the enter code page so that I can use the Code that was SMSd to me or do I have to start again..
