With the introduction of OR query, GAE SDK 1.7+ marks Query.setFilter as deprecated so that upgrading to 1.7 will lead to a lot of warnings in my project. Is backward compatibility guaranteed in 1.7.1 with those warning?
In addition, can you confirm the deployment issue I see is a known issue for GAE and everyone is forced to upgrade to 1.7.1 to work around it? Thanks!
