I'm sorry for all the frustration you may have had. That can be an edge
case which we don't cover very well at this time, but there should still be
a certain way for canceling the billing IMH.

Can you tell me the ticket # for the support case you filed, app-id, the
old billind account information, and other details? I'll try to find what I
can do for you.
