- is there a more desirable channel for communicating this information? For me, the most important thing is to have some sort of feed (e.g. a blog, or an 'announcements' group), that I can subscribe to and receive notification of updates. Google+ posts are not sufficient since I have no way to ensure I will receive those.
I say this in regard to GAE info in general, not the roadmap specifically. I will add that I find the "Last updated April 3, 2013" tag at the bottom of the documentation pages to be very useful in determining how up-to-date/relevant a page is.
